My car got towed. I called Cain's and spoke with Kenny. He was the nicest guy you ever wanted to meet. He told me how to get my car out of storage, how much it would be, and was very patient on the phone with me.

Took over an hour for my car to get towed, keep in mind my car was in hixson. The cost was unreasonable for such a short distance, especially since they are located in Chattanooga. The guy that towed me said it would be 112 dollars on the phone but changed the price as soon as I got to my location to 124 dollars.

Top notch service, helped me after a wreck and then helped when shifter cable broke on wife’s car… Kenny, Clint and Mr. Charles are the best!

Our cars are in good condition, but occasionally we have a problem. We have used Cain's for several years, and they always do an excellent job. They provide a needed service at a fair price.
