Friendly staff every time I go. Happy we got our truck back but.... Some repairs were missed when it was diagnosed? I noticed our air compressor leaks which supports our air break system. I'm most positive it will be repaired. Hoping to take it back this week. Fire season is about to begin. Can't have any mishaps☠ right? 😬

Not good. I dont want to talk bad about anyone but this needs to be said. I think it should be 1 star. but 2nd star is for Kevin and they guy who rigged up the coolant tank. the rest is ... - un organized. ( no internal communication) - false promises. - The truck sat there for over 11 weeks.. - I asked for a sensor diagnosis and a brake check. We waited over 3 weeks to get ANY answer about (anything). "Mechanic went on vacation" BLAH BLAH. " let me call you back" etc. So then they said sensor was bad - But they said part was on back order nation wide - ok so I waited and waited. asked why cant we just "try out " an after market sensor for temporary? after multiple phone calls - they just refused the idea. I finally found my own OEM part online. - BUT then it took them 2 weeks to get the

Dion was better before cal pacific truck center came. I had a account with them they up the prices on everything I am pretty much paying what a regular customer would pay. I deal with joe he’s great but this is new management that came in. Talking to other shops/ mechanics they are having the same experience and finding parts other places. Oil filter was over 100$ I have never seen that.

Worst place ever to go to. Buy online, buy anywhere else but here. Fix your truck anywhere and don't bring it here. They are thieves! I miss Dion. I have a prostar tractor with a C13 Engine in it (missing engine serial# sticker). Called CalPacific to get the serial # for the engine so i can buy filters from CAT. They guy was rude on the phone. Said that he was a CAT dealer as well as international! He said he had to do some work to get the serial #.Did not make sense. I have lived here for the past 25 years and I know they were next to Hawthorne CAT Rancho Bernardo. the guy from CalPacific calls me back 20 mins later giving me prices! DOUBLE! When I said I needed my Serial number for the engine he hesitated and would not give it to me! I said why? And he said let me check with my bo
