I had a great experience using this company. They were able to come out quick and replace my windshield in a timely manner. I’m very satisfied with the results.

Caliber Auto Glass was all around great. The people I spoke to on the phone were very responsive and helpful. They booked me an appointment for a few days later at my home. The technician was courteous friendly and efficient. He was very knowledgeable about the glass he was installing and products he used. I was curious so I was asking him a lot of questions while he worked. I am very happy with the whole experience of using Caliber Auto Glass.

Our second time using Caliber for windshield rock chip repairs. By default I had to fill out an online quote for an entire windshield replacement and could not find an option for windshield repair but after talking to Tresha on the phone, we instead scheduled a mobile windshield repair the following day. Dan the technician was very polite, friendly, and skilled. He showed up when he said he would and completed the repair quickly and with excellent quality. I can barely see the rock chip now. Price was very fair for the quality of work and easy customer service. Thank you Caliber. I certainly don’t look forward to more rock chips and windshield damage but inevitably this will happen again and I’m glad Caliber is around to help. Before and after photos below.

I was scheduled for an Auto Glass Replacement on Friday 2/14/25. By 1pm on Friday I had not heard anything from anyone at Caliber to confirm the time of my appointment so I called them. They told me they would call the technician assigned to my appointment and I would be hearing from him shortly. By 4:30pm I still had not heard anything so I called back. I was told they were overbooked for the day so they would not be keeping my appointment. So they reschedule me to be the first appointment on the following Monday, which was nice but now I had to get up early on my day off to meet the technician to work on my work. Monday rolls around and the technician shows up right on time, I hand him the keys to my car and he tells me it should take about 20 minutes to replace both my front windows. I

If you ever need a windshield replacement, I would definitely suggest Caliber Auto Glass. They are very professional, timely and do a great job. I was very pleased with Nik who installed the new windshield and the people who set the appointment up. Thank you!!
