Caliber Car Wash - Acworth

Never again. $19 wasted. I asked before I paid if they have someone to scrub the bugs off the front before I go in the wash. I was told yes. So I paid. Their idea of scrubbing is rubbing soap quickly over part of the front and sending you in. I went back around and showed them all the bugs. They sent me through again. Still covered in them. I asked if they had anything I could use to get them off myself. The person in charge said I should have my truck detailed somewhere. Then I noticed that I only have a small spot on each tire with a little bit of tire shine. It doesn't even spray the whole tire. And, my truck still has dirt on it in spots. What a rip off.

Mark was wonderful at this location! It was my first time here and he showed me where everything is and was beyond helpful! I’ll be cancelling my other car wash membership so I can get one at this location! Can’t wait to come back!

Went this weekend to clean out both family cars, and it was fantastic. We went early in the day since some reviews mentioned the rags and spray bottles could run out at the end of the day, and we brought our own rags since we have plenty of those, and it was all great. There were still plenty of clean rags (but we used our own anyways), and the cleaning solutions were full. The vacuums were fantastic, and absolutely love the high pressure air for the small crevices. Convenient vacuums on both sides of your parking spot, same for the high pressure hose, and even well placed trashcans, not overflowing or gross. The staff were friendly and helpful with questions since this was our first time checking them out. This is absolutely going to be our go-to place from hear on out.

I had a subscription wash there with 2 cars. I noticed that the passenger side wheels on both were not getting cleaned, and there was noticeable leftover dirt all over them. I spoke with them, showed them the issue and explained why it is not acceptable to leave large sections of your car unwashed. They claimed that a part on their washer was broken and it may take some time to fix. A month or so later, I follow up with an assistant manager and he tells me that the part will be in, and I wait to wash my car after the parts have been allegedly installed. Same issues! I speak with a manager there, show him the problem and he then explains that the part they fixed only fixed the tire shine, not the wheel washer. This is NOT what the previous call to the assistant manager explained to me. So I

Friendly staff and great car wash. There is always a detailing bay open with towels, multi purpose cleaner, and glass cleaner. The vacuums work anre powerful and they even have a machine you can run your floor mats through. I always have a great experience here!
