Asked to get a membership at pull up to drive through and I thankfully wanted to try it out one time first. Choose the second to best option for $25. Left driver side mirror left dirty. All wheels are fully dirty as they were when entering tunnel. Vacuums were severely underpowered to the point where we had to move stalls to try another. The other was just as bad. Would not recommend. Will not go here again
Great car wash! My car still had dirt on it so they let me go back through for free! There are also free vacuums here for car wash customers. The price is about average but the service is top notch.
Beware of this car wash, the equipment is not maintained properly, the auto stop is never working, so your car will hit the car in front of you, if they don’t keep moving. The brushes are set way to tight and they will tear off your side mirrors, if you forget to fold them in. {THAT'S IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPEN TO MY SUV} Lights in car wash never work and vacuums rarely work. I am warning car washers if something happens to your car they will not fix it. You've been warned.
Arrived shortly after opening as a first timer. Staff acted like they REALLY didn't want to be there. No one explained anything. Left on my own at interior stations. Couldn't figure out how anything worked. Avoid. I won't be back.
Wednesday, February 28, 2024 3:50 PM. I went to this location. It was raining. I paid my 28+ dollars for service. After the wash I went to the vacuum cleaners and they were off. I was informed due to the rain they would suck up water from the ground. After I informed them, someone needs to do their job I was told if I hurry, I could vacuum. Well, vacuuming in the rain they cut them off. I informed them of that to no comment from them. Then stated I needed some cloths provided to claim inside. I stood in the rain maybe four minutes where I was informed to wait. The senior person on duty sent a teenager out instead of dealing with he wrong doing. . I ended up leaving very upset without the service I paid for.
