Caliber Car Wash

I stopped in for the first time today to get my car washed. Unfortunately, during the wash a couple magnet decals came off of my tailgate (it was my fault for not removing them ahead of time). When I realized they were missing, I returned to the location. The attendant was quick to search the wash and returned my magnets freshly dried. Another employee, perhaps a supervisor/manager, came out while the attendant was searching to ensure I was being taken care of. He then inspected the hood of my car and asked if I had recently had my car washed. When I told him I had been there less than 30 minutes before, he insisted the exterior should have come more clean in the wash. He offered me a free wash, which he personally handled the initial brush cleaning, scrubbing the stubborn dead bugs, etc.

Have never paid to have my car washed for the past 15 years. I was very excited to have a free car wash today during Cailber’s Grand Opening. I felt like the experience was a relaxing and no pressure to purchase. I even stopped to vacuum the inside of my car and machine press the floor mats. While cleaning the inside of my car, a manager (I believe) inspected the outside of my car and was not happy with the results of the car wash—she didn’t know that my car hasn’t been washed for years! She pointed out that there was some residue that did not completely wash off on the back bumper and insisted to go through the car wash again. After going through the wash a second time, the manager smiled and was happy to see that my car was exceptionally clean as I exit the facility. I am thinking abou

Edit: They responded to my review but still haven’t called, emailed, or contacted me back. I went up there and the manager wasn’t there so I have had to dispute it with my bank. I was charged an unknown charge on 11/18. I have used the contact us on the website three times with no response, I emailed and still haven’t received a response, and I have also called and everytime I call no one picks up and you can’t leave a voicemail. This has been the worst experience with this car wash. I have only been once and I will not be going back again. I would give no stars if I could.

Stopped in for a single wash but they have a great deal going on and Terrance sold me on the membership. Friendly staff. Easy access and exit from cobb place blvd. Vacuums and towels on both sides of the station.

This wash has been all over my social media this week offering a coupon. I caved, took them up on it and headed over. Scanned my coupon and proceeded through the wash. As I parked to dry/vacuum my car, an employee walked up to me and asked if I worked there. Nope. Then he asked me if I had a membership. No again. So he very rudely asked me why I entered my code at the gate and I had to explain to him that all I did was scan my coupon. No apology. He just turned around and walked away. There are a ton of car washes in the area that clean equally well, but have much more polite employees.
