Caliber Car Wash

This was my first time coming to this specific caliber Carwash. I don’t think I’ll ever come again I also am not able to reach anyone about this because the phones don’t work and the workers are too busy which I understand. But if you don’t want your rims scratched DONT GO. I have scratches on both left side rims and I know it’s from here because I have never once scratched my rims ever. And I felt it but I didn’t think it left a chip and scratch. I need someone to please reach out to me to discuss this issue please. It left my car really shiny which I can give a good review for but everything else is negligence because the worker should’ve made sure the wheels were in a good position before sending me in. This was maybe 40 minutes ago.

The last 2 washes have left spots on my Stang. The rinse should rinse ALL soap off. Please correct.

Currently at this car wash and I spent money to have excellent service however half the vacuums don’t work and the carpet mat machine also doesn’t work. Horrible service.

Fast friendly- car is clean!!! Grab your air freshener when done and The Manager “Patrick” is the best and making sure the towels full and everything you need is ready. He is a servant leader!! Helped me out with clogged vacuums very quickly when I vacuumed a receipt accidentally - suction was so strong he helped I appreciate the service Get the membership! Clean cars!!

Greetings, Went through the carwash two weeks ago, and the tire cleaner damaged my car... it left a tar-like substance on my chrome running board and the driver's side of my vehicle. Sent an email to the facility the same day explaining what happened, and I've yet to receive a reply (Caliber only allows emails you can't speak to a live person... #interesting). A few days later went back to the facility and spoke with the manager on duty (Amande?), and he told me... the manager (Patrick) I needed to speak with had left for the day, and that he would give him my message. He took my name and number, and again, no follow-up regarding my claim.
