Caliber Car Wash

I just got my car about two weeks. I mostly always power wash my cars. I got lazy today decided to go by and my brand new type S not even two weeks out of the dealer and I got a big scratch or bulge in my roof and they try to say that I came in with it when I just bought the car.

Don't bother. The attendent pre-treatment (if any) is only on one side of the vehicle and the car wash brushes don't even touch the right side of my truck or the rear of the cab (back window area). Wheels stay dirty even if they are lightly soiled. $30 bucks for fancy lights and colored foam. Just don't do it....

Do not waste your money. Sadly a complete waste of money, very poor car wash. They no longer manually brush the wheels or vehicle. I went through the car wash twice, the first time I got a basic car wash as my truck was only lightly dirty, it barely got any of the dirt off, so I then went with the $30 car wash and it was a little bit better but all in all it was just a waste of money. The rear window was still dirty. You can see from the photos the dirt that still remained on the hood and front and lower front of my truck and in my opinion there's nothing better than a hand wash.

Literally the worst place I’ve ever been. Staff is lazy, other customers are ignorant and annoying. Specifically the lack of care from the staff is what drew me away. Quite upsetting granted I spent $52.99 for a month of their graphene wash. Highly disappointed would not recommend this location to ANYONE.

I have to give it 2 because of the fact I had one guy direct me off the tire guide and my car sits low it’s a Camaro and had to back off of it as of tonight the guy that supposed to line you up just stares at you doesn’t let you know your lined up or off and as he’s brushing the car the guide is still moving and trying to slide me forward I believe I’ll be canceling my membership the quality of this place is shit lately and they are not cheap stop hiring people who can’t do a very simple basic job
