Never coming back. Do not come here. Dropped my car off for a windshield replacement and they stated they would give me a call back. It will most likely take a whole day. It’s 4-5pm at the end of the day and I still haven’t got an update in regards to the status of my car so I call them back. They state the car is having trouble being recalibrated. Why didn’t anyone bother to give the owner a call? It’s a weekday and I need to take the day off in order for them to recalibrate the car in the morning now and they never bothered to simply call…. I go pick up my car in the morning and it’s filthy. Fingerprints on my mirror, everything is being stepped on and you can see footprints on the stuff that fell on the floor in the passenger side. Can was repaired exceptionally, done early, and the communication was best I’ve ever had from an auto shop!
Couldn't be happier with the repairs - I brought them 2 cars and they made them both look brand new! The service was above and beyond. Highly recommend!
Recently I took my Lexus SUV to be looked at for a long scratch on my right fender. John Collier, the sevice advisor,told me that I could just replace the protection wrap on it ratther than spending thousands of dollars on a repair job. John was honest and helpful to the point of calling the company that replaces the wrap. I am grateful to John and will say that Caliber Collision has a honesty policy that is unbeatable.
A big shoutout to Caliber Collision at 1128 Sibley Street Ste # H Folsom, CA 95630. My Toyota RAV4 was hit and thankfully Jared and the entire team of employees did a fabulous job repairing it!
