Caliber Collision

My 2nd time at Caliber Collision - and I had a great experience both times. Anthony F from the Alexandria location was super helpful. He came up with a great (and less expensive) plan to do the work I needed + the quality and service was excellent. I will definitely go back again.

Excellent service and communication throughout the whole process from both Selena and Anthony. They did an awesome job replacing the side view mirror on my truck, all within a couple of hours and they even vacuumed and wiped down the inside of the cab! Selena and Anthony also stayed a few minutes after closing to be sure I could get taken care of same day. Would absolutely recommend to anyone, these folks will get you taken care of!

Great job, car looked great after their work. And had high standards for replacement parts, delayed finishing the car but was worth getting it right! Staff was helpful, professional, honest, and friendly.

Great overall experience! They quoted a price lower than any other repair shop I had consulted. The experience was fast and smooth with little to no extra communication needed from my end. They went through my insurance company and I was just required to pay the deductible on the delivery day with no hidden costs.

Excellent service! Anthony was great with providing updates and being communicative about the repair process. They made the process very smooth with my rental car as well. Highly recommend!
