Ryan K. at your Alpharetta, GA shop went above and beyond, in every regard, for me as I was on vacation in north GA w my family when my Cadillac SUV had a ‘deer encounter’ on New Year’s Day night coming home from Lake Lanier! By the looks of things it could have easily taken weeks, but he got it all done, beautifully, I might add, in 1 week!!! Forever grateful, KarRyno!!! 💕

Caliber Collision did an outstanding job on my blue 2025 Tesla Model Y. The repair was handled through insurance, and the process was smooth and easy. The front bumper looks brand new and the paint match is flawless. You truly cannot tell anything was ever repaired. Ryan was great about keeping me updated as the car was nearing completion.

The team at Caliber Collision on Westside Parkway in Alpharetta are amazing. I received an immediate call to schedule an appointment. Ryan, the service technician was professional and thorough. I felt comfortable with the assessment he and the vendor provided regarding hail damage on my car. Lisa, the receptionist was kind and helpful. I dropped off my car on Monday morning, Ryan estimated the car would be ready by Friday. I received a call mid-day on Wednesday my car was ready. Very pleased with the service provided. I will recommend this Caliber location to friends and family.

The manager is incompetent. I was traveling out of the US when the repairs were complete. The manager asked if they could deliver the car because it was end of month. I agreed thinking they were comptent and reliable. Unfortunately I made a mistake. They completely ignored the interior, did not repair key components and wiring. DONT USE THEM his repair shop. See photos for how they returned my car. It was a rear end collision- how do you miss this?
