Caliber Collision

So beyond thankful for the staff at this specific Caliber Collision location. They were a tremendous help and did phenomenal work and made this process a breeze. All of the staff were so friendly and informative. The technician and painters knocked my repairs out of the park. My service advisor Joshua handled everything for me and was so easy to communicate with. Josh even helped me communicate with the insurance company of the person who hit my car and made sure everything was handled properly and in a quick timely manner. I strongly recommend this location and Josh, my experience could not have been any better! Thank you all so much!

Had a lady ram me for insurance money and I didn't know exactly what to do. Went to this shop who was in network with my insurance, and from that day on, my nightmare turned into a dream... which im still fighting her insurance but either way. They schedule my car's repair a week or so later. Gave me a time for pick up, had it completed earlier than expected, gave me updates via text messages, and had my car looking as perfect as before. Fast, efficient, friendly!

Had a fender bender a couple of weeks ago. I’ve used them in Georgia so found them here. Process was smooth and the ladies, Kayla and Hailey, made sure I was informed and aware of everything that was happening. I definitely recommend them for all your body work needs. Thanks Caliber!

Brand new 2025 3 months old car. Undue stress on me when I went to Caliber the first time to get my car after repairs were supposed to be completed. The repairs were a mess: missing paint, dents, loose wires, bumper not flushed with fender, and paint running on the hood. I was asked if I wanted to drive my car home after looking at this mess. I told them NO I was not driving my car anywhere until the repairs were done right. A suggestion is to not show a customer repairs to a vehicle when you know the repairs are not right to just prove the insurance company wrong!
