Jordan and the entire Caliber team were awesome to work with. Very communicative and customer service oriented. The repairs to my truck were done extremely well and they got my vehicle back to me even earlier than expected. 10/10 recommend!

I am dissatisfied with the services provided by Caliber Collision. While the sales staff was pleasant, I initially considered another auto body shop. However, the collision manager contacted me and assured me of their superior service, which led me to choose them. Unfortunately, I am now quite disappointed. Upon retrieving my vehicle, I noticed clear coat spray marks on the hood and even some scratches on the other side of the vehicle that were not present before I dropped it off. Prior to my pickup, Brian assured me that the car would receive a light detailing, but it appears nothing was done, as evidenced by the spray marks. I had to wash the car afterward to remove the residue from the repair and will now need to take it to a detailing shop to address the issues they should have resolve

I had a really good experience with Caliber Collision. My truck was backed into, and I brought it in for repairs. The entire process took about a week, which I felt was very reasonable. Communication was great throughout — they had an app that allowed me to check the status of my vehicle at any time, and they also called to keep me updated on the progress. The staff was professional, helpful, and made the whole process stress-free. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the repair and the service, and I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to others.

First of all, I would like to say, I love my car. I was very worried on my way to getting an estimate on the giant dent on the side of my car. I didn’t know what to expect. Once I walked through those doors and met with Armando. He was so knowledgeable and kind. I felt a relief. He advised me of everything they were going to do to my car. Once again, I got a little worried. He promised me you wouldn’t even be able to tell there was a giant dent. He let me know his team would do a great job, and they are good at what they do. I was notified of every single step they took. He estimated about three weeks. I got it back in 14 days. Sure enough, my car is beautiful again and I can’t even tell there was a giant dent.
