Caliber Collision

The bad news — I was hit in the traffic circle. The good news — my car was sent to Caliber Collision in Bay St. Louis through the other driver’s insurance, and the experience was excellent. From start to finish, their communication was clear and timely, the repairs were done beautifully, and the entire team was professional and easy to work with. They made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I would absolutely recommend Caliber Collision in Bay St. Louis — and would confidently use them again if needed.

We were driving to Pass Christian, and a flying piece of tire hit our bumper and did some pretty major damage. We used some zip ties to temporarily fix it, and We filed a claim with Allstate. The incident happened on Friday, the appointment with Caliber was set for Monday, and We needed to leave back to Georgia on Tuesday. Lacy called me on Friday, and I explained the situation. She said she would have the guys take a look Monday morning and hopefully get me a short-term fix to make it back to Georgia. I dropped it off Sunday night, and got a call around 3 on Monday. Caliber delivered fix that I need to get back home tomorrow: they popped the bumper back in place, snapped the grill back in, put a headlight back in, glued the black undercarriage back on, and they put the dysfunctional foa

While I hope I will not have to visit them again, if I ever do need a collision repair shop, I’d choose them every time!! Professional, friendly, fast, and beautiful work!! Can’t really comment on price because my insurance paid for everything.

I took my truck in for some damage that occurred at work and these guys did a fantastic job! They fixed the damage to my paint and color matched perfectly. They took my tailgate off to let my drive around without a rental and reattached it without any weird gaps or issues with mounting. My 2023 f150 looks like it did when i drove it off the lot. I’m so happy to have my truck back to what it used to be.
