The entire process was very smooth — they scheduled my drop-off time and even recommended booking an Enterprise rental car, which was fully covered by insurance. The best part is that the rental car pickup and drop-off are right at the Caliber Collision center, making everything super convenient. I received the repair estimate within 48 hours, and all the details were clearly available through the online link they texted me. Dropped my car off on Nov 5 with an eta of completion of Nov 28 but they were able to get it completed a week ahead of schedule. They were very professional and nice and kept me well informed of my cars progress. My only gripe I have is my check engine light is now on but they are stating the code coming back was on prior to my accident so I need to take it to the dealership now to be looked at.

I don’t usually leave reviews but Caliber Collision 10/10 !!! My car was in pretty bad shape and when the repairs were complete it was a totally new vehicle. I was very satisfied and the staff and very kind and friendly and communicative throughout the entire process!

My vehicle was repaired nicely for the initial reason I had my car serviced for, however when I picked up my vehicle I had damage to my front wheel well (see photo). The rep Dylan told me that the damage was already there and it wasn’t. Be careful and make sure you take pictures of your vehicle prior to the drop off in case your vehicle gets damaged on their watch. I have not heard back from the manager Evan yet to discuss how they will take care of it.

Banged my jeep into a tree at 190 miles an hour and flipped it 10 times because I was texting my boyfriend. I was crushed under the jeep it slammed down on me all 10 times it rolled. I climbed out and had it towed here and they fixed it within 3 days. This place is amazing and I couldn’t believe they got it looking fresh off the lot after what I did. They r a very lgbt friendly business and I will continue to slam my cars into trees to keep giving them business ! I encourage others to check this place out and don’t forget to jump out when ur car flips so u don’t get hurt
