Everyone we dealt with at Caliber was very attentive and communicated regularly about the status of the repairs. When the car was ready and we went to pick it up, they took time to walk us around the car to explain everything they did. The process was seamless and relieved our stress from the accident.

My mother took her 2019 Volkswagen Jetta here, and must I say they did a wonderful job. The car looks like it hasn’t even been into a crash. Caliber collision has out done themselves and set the standard for body shops this facility, especially from beginning to end. The communication was clear and they kept me updated on the entire process. Keith, the service writer/advisor. Has made this process seamless.
