Caliber Collision

I decided to have my 2025 BMW X3 M50 fixed at Caliber after a major car accident. Since it’s under NJM’s Premier Car Care Network, and my mom’s car was repaired there, I thought they’d do a good job. But I was wrong. Here’s the story in two parts. Part One: August 1 to August 29 Since my car is brand new, many parts had to be shipped from Germany, so it was there for four weeks. I dropped it off on August 1st and it was ready on the 29th. The car looked perfect, but it wasn’t. 1. The front door that was repaired sounded hollow when I closed it. It sounded like a tin can. Apparently, they didn’t put an insert in between the door to absorb the sound. 2. They replaced my wheel and tire, so they had to do an alignment and tire balance. Amazing customer service and communication. I just got out of a hit and run car incident on Valentine’s Day and felt bummed that there was no evidence on the driver that hit me. But after my insurance recommended this place, they were so pleasant to work with and understanding. All I had to do was drop off my car here and enterprise escorted me over to their lot to discuss my options. Within the week, I was driving my car home looking like it was brand new and fresh off the dealership lot! Not to mention the convenience of leaving my rental in their care and enterprise sending me my final receipt within the same day. Truly an experience and if I ever have an unfortunate incident like I did, at least now I know where I’m going to go. 10 out of 10 👌🏾

I thought the service was fantastic. They estimated the car and fixed the damage on the car. The receptionist was outstanding and they let me know the progress on the vehicle. I would give them a 10. Keep up the great work. The last photo was the work that was done and it was great. look for Orlando he’s the man who took care of business.
