Caliber Collision

My experience with caliber collision in Bluffton, South Carolina was nothing short of very unprofessional communication breakdown . I brought my wrecked car in and spoke with the manager Bridget that morning. She went over my car with me. I never met the service advisor Joshua I did hear from him every week either by me calling or him calling me to update me on my car I never received a quote. They said they sent that to the insurance company to contact them. I contacted the insurance company and they said they would send me the quote and I did not receive it either after 30 days and my rental was up. I went to pick up my car and unfortunately There was clearcoat dripping from the hood and the back door that had a slight dent in. It was not fixed at all it got left off of the quote. Basica

My Mustang GT Convertible (Lady GT) was hit from behind by a 17 year old kid. Bridgett was great with the estimate process. Josh....was absolutely unequivocally without a doubt amazing! Being a Mustang lover himself, he & his team brought my gurl back to the level of Sexy that she is! The repair process was fast & pain free.
