Brought my car in after an accident and Caliber did a phenomenal job. Fantastic customer service, the staff is very friendly and communicated well with frequent updates. They made the whole process very easy for me and it felt like they cared about the work they were doing. My car looks brand new!

I chose Caliber based on reviews and prior work, but the experience was unacceptable. Communication was consistently poor, largely due to Justin Elkins. For weeks, my calls were ignored despite repeated promises of call backs that never happened. I was repeatedly given false updates about parts, repairs, and timelines. I was told work was completed or in progress when it clearly was not. The lack of honesty was beyond frustrating. When I physically inspected my vehicle, the workmanship was embarrassing. Fresh paint was already cracking and chipping, parts appeared to have been forced back on, paint around sensors was failing, panel gaps were severe, and the headlight I was told was being repaired had not been touched at all. Despite this, I was told the vehicle was essentially repaired.

I recently had my car repaired at Caliber Collision located on Ball Ground Hwy in Canton. The experience was a pleasant experience from the moment I dropped my car off up until picking it back up. The quality of the repair work was excellent—my car looks better than it did before the damage! The entire team was friendly, professional, and did an outstanding job communicating where the repair process was almost daily through text. They clearly take pride in what they do. I highly recommend Caliber Collision, and a special thanks to Valerie and Kayla for making the whole experience exceptional….

Repairs were quoted for two weeks, but my vehicle was kept over seven weeks with inconsistent communication. At pickup, I noticed misaligned panels, non-working A/C, scratches and white residue on exterior trim and interior of my vehicle. When I asked for these items to be documented, the representative said a walk-around video had already been completed and I had taken pictures for documentation. The concerns were not formally documented. I will not return to this location and recommend carefully inspecting your vehicle before accepting it.
