The car looks amazing and the staff were fantastic! Pedro and the team were amazing and kept me abreast of everything as the repairs were progressing. Sad that I had to use their services to fix my car in the first place, but so glad they made it into a seamless experience. My insurance company chose them and I highly recommend them!

From start to finish this company didn’t disappoint! Heather and Chad explained every single detail up to and including rental options. They worked perfectly with the insurance company and rental agent, leaving me out of those stressful details. They even arranged for the return of my rental after I picked up my car to spare me any inconvenience. And the personal touch that made this even a more amazing experience was my car was promised on Monday. They knew I was unhappy with the rental the rental place had assigned me so to my surprise, I got the call on Friday to pick it up. They said they wanted me to enjoy my weekend in my own car. Says a lot about the mission of this company. If I require their services ever again (it’s Florida, who am I kidding?) I will definitely bring my issue

What a great shop! Finally a collision shop that is organized, super friendly and does an amazing job. I felt comfortable the second I walked in. They handled everything with professionalism. I was constantly sent text messages of updates as the things were happening. They even set me up with the rental car company next-door and those people were great as well. It was an unfortunate accident, but they made it as easy as it could be. Great staff. Keep up the good work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I'm devastated. I wanted my car to be fixed enough to drive. Caliber told me they'd help and understood this was coming out of pocket. Promised to take care of my family car as it was there own. They disassembled my entire car. Charged me $400 in disassemble labor or they weren't giving me my vehicle back. States they won't fix it and gave it to me in pieces. No mechanic will now fix my car because what was a small issue is now a total loss!
