I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision when they repaired my Chevrolet Camaro. The service was fast, professional, and the quality of the repair exceeded my expectations. David, my representative, was amazing! He communicated efficiently throughout the entire process and kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me so much peace of mind. Joan was also extremely helpful and friendly during check-in, making the whole experience smooth from start to finish. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and attention to detail. Don’t go to this store: 8601 central avenue, Capitol heights MD 20743. They had the worse costumer service ever; didn’t care if you have to keep waiting for 2 months or more for no answer. Never give me any deadline for the work completion, didn’t even have a manager to send the cost to my insurance on time but 3 weeks later!. They also ordered the wrong piece reason why they have to wait for a replacement for 2 weeks more; but instead of proceeding with the rest of the work in the meantime, they excuse themselves that nothing can be done if the hinge is not there. They left the spare tire the whole time even though it was in the opposite side. They ordered a new ring when only a tire was needed. Totally a disaster, this store destroyed the reputation of the caliber collision compan

Good service I went to them because I needed my bumper replaced due to a chair falling out of a truck on the interest. The service advisor David was very help and was able to repair my car within a week. The new bumper looked great and they cleaned both the inside and outside of the car.

Each time I have used Caliber Collision I have been more than happy with the results. Absolutely no sign of damage. My cars looked brand new. The staff are very nice and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for auto repairs. You won’t go wrong.

Walked in to Caliper Collision to ask about an estimate. 4 people were in the office. They looked my way and resumed chit-chatting amongst themselves, I was not acknowledged. After standing there for a while I spoke first and asked about an estimate. First words from the woman behind the counter, "Do you have an appointment?". I said no as I was not aware that was the protocol. "Can I make one?", I responded. Response "The first opening is March 30th". Mind you, today is the 6th. I said no thanks and on my way out she said something to the effect that you can do it online. I have used Caliper before and their customer service was excellent. What's happened? I cannot convey in words the rude attitude that was on display during this encounter. Is this their new norm?
