Caliber Collision

Just recently took my Toyota 4Runner into this shop after filing an insurance claim. The process was very simple which made the stress of the unexpected situation so much easier. They got my vehicle in very quickly and worked promptly to get the job finished! I was updated throughout my vehicles time in the shop by Chris, who’s kindness and excellent communication skills eased my anxiety. Picking up my runner was so simple, and everyone in the shop was very helpful! My 4Runner returned in perfect condition and much cleaner than I had left it which was a nice surprise ! I’m very grateful for the team over in Carmichael.

From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Chris was communicative throughout the process and all of the staff at Caliber Collision were friendly and helpful. Not only were the repairs done in a timely manner but when I picked it up, the car was washed and vacuumed!!! Amazing service!

It was a sunny day at 3pm when a car came smashing through my home garage and automobile. They fled the scene and I was left to deal with the whole mess. Caliber collision immediately came to mind as I had dealt with Rod the year prior. Rod understood the task and complexity of the Mazdas three to four stage paint jobs. He highly recommended the shop and put me in contact with Justin and Marvin. Marvin was great in going over the whole process, doing follow-ups, and ensuring rental car pickup & drop off ran smoothly. Even when there was a slight issue with my insurance and my deductible waiver, Marvin was there to ensure it all ran smoothly. Great shop! Fast and efficient work, even during the holidays. My car looks amazing and everyone I interacted with was super helpful and kind. I hope to never need this company again, but if I do, I know where I’m going!

This shop rules. Extremely easy and seamless from start to finish. They keep you informed every step of the way and go above and beyond in all aspects. Highly recommend this location.
