I chose this shop because they’re a preferred USAA repair facility, so I trusted the process from the start. My vehicle was with them for two weeks for repairs after a hit-and-run, and they took photos before starting. Since I don’t work in auto repair, I had no idea a small windshield chip could turn into a major crack during their process and nothing about that possibility was ever mentioned to me. When I picked up my car, I immediately noticed a large crack running across the windshield. This was never communicated, warned about, or documented during the entire two-week repair period. If they had simply told me this could happen, I would have repaired the small chip beforehand for a minimal cost instead of now having to replace the entire windshield. They were very professional and went above and beyond expectations. They kept me informed every step of the way! If you need body work on your vehicle, I highly recommend them.
These guys did an awesome job on my car after it was hit parked in front of my house. They got the work done quickly 5 days total for me. I was kept informed and received an update text every morning to let me know what stage they were in. I will absolutely use them if the need arises again.
We trusted them with our car, just to have them lie about changing a headlight that was charged over 2000 dollars, runs in the paint on every surface that was touched over lapping panels, and other issues. We took it back for a correction and was charged again for a headlight and still it looks like dirt is in the paint, and lots of alignment issues. It is now at a different body shop with over $2000 dollars in paint corrections. Thank god for insurance!!! Please work on the quality of work and be honest to the people that trust you company>
