Caliber Collision

After the recent ice storm left me with some damage to my car, I visited Caliber. Chris was very thorough and respectful when looking over my car and gave me every scenario for repair, assuring me that they'd keep the price down as much as they could. Once my part came in, the full time my car was at the shop was only 4 hours and it was fully fixed. Even better: The price was even lower than expected. Chris and team were fantastic every step of the way, keeping me updated and informed. Definitely recommend this Caliber location!

The folks at Caliber did an excellent job and made a stressful situation very seamless. When a slight brush against a snow bank that had frozen into an iceshelf caused thousands of dollars of damage, Dayne and Chris were very reassuring and helped me to navigate the situation, communicate with my insurance company, and get my car fixed quickly. This was the most stress-free interaction with a body shop I have ever had and I will definitely always bring my cars back here whenever work needs to be done. I highly recommend Caliber for the ladies out there who feel intimidated because they don't know much about cars.

They replaced the hinges on the front left door of my 2003 Toyota Avalon because the door wasn’t closing properly due to wear over the years. The entire process—from getting the estimate to picking up my car—was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything. My wife crashed our Camry last month and we were sent to Caliber collision in Catonsville. They ordered the parts ahead of time and had me drop off when they arrived so they didn't have our car just sitting waiting for parts. The work was quick and looked like nothin ever happened .
