I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of work from this shop. When installing an aftermarket front bumper, they drilled straight through the visible front of the bumper to mount the license plate (they never disclosed this to me). Worse, the screw went into the structure behind the bumper, so when I was removing it to replace my other headlight (since they only wanted to replace one and not ask me about the other like I told them…), I was wondering, why won’t this come off? Oh, because they want to drill a hole in my bumper and screw it to the thing behind it! I ALSO discovered a snapped bolt behind the bumper on the impact absorber that was never disclosed. They didn’t care at all to remove the snapped bolt, so now it’s just stuck there and the absorber can’t be bolted back on. So

I brought my car to Caliber for repairs, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. When I picked up my vehicle the first time, the paint did not match the rest of the car. This should have been caught before the car was returned to me, but instead I had to bring it back a second time to correct their mistake. I was told the shop would arrange the rental car for the second repair. That never happened, and I was forced to pay for the rental out of pocket. I have called twice requesting reimbursement and was told they are “waiting for the bill” from the rental company. To this day, I have not received my money. The lack of quality control, communication, and accountability is unacceptable. I will not be recommending Caliber to anyone, and I will not be using their services again.

Horrible little lady at the front desk. Car is finished got the message and they still haven't released it. Do I need to get tge public involved??? I have a wife and 3 kids. Give us the car. We have the deductible ready to pay. They forced my wife into signing a paper saying the can outsource the work to another caliber collision instead of my wife driving 15 minutes away herself. Now we have to wait for them to bring it back instead of letting us pickup from other location

6 weeks for my car to be repaired. Delays getting parts, then when the car was almost ready it was delayed another week and a half because many employees had called out. Responses to these situations were generally matter of fact- I was asked at one point ‘What do you want me to do about it?’ When I got my car back there was damage and scratches to the parts they had just installed and painted, grease marks, the inside of the car was covered in dust and there was damage to the interior, among other signs of poor quality work (weather stripping peeling off). I’d avoid if possible.

I had a wonderful experience with Caliber Collision from beginning to end. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They were prompt with any response to my questions. They were also very good communicating timeline for the repair work. They delivered my car to my home accommodating for my needs because I was out of town. The car was super clean inside and out. I am very pleased with the service I received and I will have any repairs going forward with them. Amazing company. Excellent repair quality! FYI, It was for replacement of my tailgate as I was involved in a “no fault” accident. Costs were covered by the other party’s insurance. They also highly recommend their services.
