Caliber far exceeded all expectations I had for the repair experience. From scheduling my drop off appointment, to completion of the repairs, the communication was exceptional. Every person I interacted with at this location was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Obviously nobody wants to have their vehicle re-built because of an accident, but you are in fantastic hands at this location. I recieved multiple updates per week on the status of the vehicle, and even when it appeared there would be a delay because of parts, Caliber prioritized the work to still deliver the finalized work on the quoted completion date. The finished work made it look like the accident never even happened. Thank you for making the repair process so easy!

I had a great experience at Caliber Collision on Pickett Road. I brought my car in through USAA for repairs. My service technician was Andrew. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and meticulous when inspecting my vehicle. I asked him about other repairs that needed to be done. He was very honest, didn't try to upsell me, but gave his opinion on which repairs I would pay for myself that would make the biggest difference and ones that wouldn't. I followed his advice and feel like I have a new 2015 Toyota Highlander. Andrew kept me informed throughout the whole process. He is a nice young man who wears a baseball cap with a fishing hook on it. Ask for him.

I am extremely picky when it comes to other people performing any type of maintenance on my vehicle. Caliber collision in Chesapeake was my first choice based off google reviews. When I showed up I was immediately greeted and was welcomed very quickly. The customer service communicates very well with their customers and the shop employees have quite a bit of experience. They did an amazing job on my truck, and the service team, without question fought the insurance company for me to make sure I was given original OEM parts instead of aftermarket. The shop employees did amazing work, and they are trustworthy. I was not worried about theft what so ever. I received my truck awhile month early and the amount of work and labor needed for the repairs was quite a lot but they managed to efficien
