so I’m a young (ish LOL) woman who has, luckily, managed to avoid significant car trouble. that is, until I smacked into a deer in the middle of the night on my way home from visiting family in BFN Indiana. completely at a loss with what to do, my insurance (shout out, Progressive) partnered with Caliber Collision to make this easier than I could have ever imagined. scheduling my appointment couldn’t have been easier, and my drop off was thorough and efficient. Christopher L was regularly in contact with my insurance and me regarding damages, pricing, timelines, and progress. Wow. Wow. Wow. Superior service, quality and timely work. I truly cannot say enough positive things about this location and its people. My husband got in a car accident on 11/18. We dropped our car off on 11/20. It is now 12/4, and we have our vehicle back. The slight issue we had upon pickup is already being taken care of, and they plan to assist us with our new plates when we return for our quick service. I HIGHLY recommend this location, even if it isn’t through your insurance. Did I mention that our car came back cleaned both inside and out? It looked nicer than when we dropped it off. We are LUCKY to have them in our community, and while we hope we don’t have anymore body issues with my vehicle, we know if we do, we will be in the best hands.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience. While the initial bodywork and repaint on my fender were of superior quality, the repair introduced a critical electronic failure that has rendered my vehicle insecure. It has been seven weeks since I retrieved my car, and my key fob is no longer recognized by the vehicle's security system. I can physically remove the key fob while the car is running, and the alarm does not function. This was a system that worked perfectly before the repair. I have repeatedly reported this dangerous issue to both the collision center and my insurer, Progressive, to no avail. My car has less than 20,000 miles, and I am now afraid to leave it parked in public due to the non-functional security system. The latch door alarm when it’s lowering also doesn’t work. Th
