Caliber Collision

I’ve been to caliber collision in Chino a few times. This is actually my third time post accident collision -not my fault on any of them . They tentatively listen to my concerns. They gave me fair and honest advice and estimates. I was able to work with Lincoln Song and Franklin and they were very knowledgeable And was great at communicating. Front desk was very friendly and welcoming. I had my daughter during drop offs and they catered to her ever so sweetly and understood the mess we made and tried to clean up with popcorn. The car was done in a timely manner, and on time with the given estimated pick up date. I was able to get a rental through insurance and enterprise was great to coordinate pick up and drop off smoothly. Looks like Nothing ever happened. I’m glad that my insurance

I had my car repaired after a minor collision. The whole experience was positive from vehicle drop off to pick up. They worked with the insurance company and even gave me a ride home when I needed it. Professional and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable facility. My car looks amazing. They really did make the process so smooth and convenient.

Best service I've ever recieved, hands down. I was the victim of a hit and run the day my newborn was born. From the moment I walked in to the collision center to the moment I left, I knew that I was in good, honest hands. The ladies at the front desk were incredible and understanding. Jorge my technician was incredibly helpful, thorough, and attentive, and we even bonded over our shared football days. I especially appreciated that when I went to pick up my rental, I accidentally left my car seat in the car... new dad here. Caliber Colission Chino has great service overall. I’ve had service done to my car for the second time. From the staff at the front desk to the service agents, like Andrew who kept in contact with me throughout the repair process of my vehicle, was very efficient in keeping me informed via text and email.
