Nick and team were EXCELLENT when my out of town relatives traveling through NC were in an accident and their vehicle was significantly damaged. Great communication, courteous and friendly. Robyn greets you with a smile and an offer to help, what a breath of fresh air. The team made the entire experience and process easily understood and kept us all informed along the way. 100% pleased and while I hope I never have to, I would return if I ever had to and highly recommend. This was the first time I had body work done and expected a hassle. I received the opposite. They handled everything and made it extremely easy and simple for me. The woman at the front desk was so friendly and informative on the process. I worked with Corbin at this location and he did amazing. He updated me Dailey on the progress of the work and responded to questions very quickly. The updates let me know exactly when my vehicle would be ready for pickup and made the process so easy for me. The work also looks amazing! They blended the color so well you can’t even tell it had work done. I cant recommend enough.

BIg shout out to Caliber Collision Clayton. This is the 2nd time I had to use their services. They are outstanding, professional and they are highly reccommended. On this occasion, I picked up my vehicle after 2 week in the shop, drove about a quarter mile down the street and the low tire pressure light came on. I made it to a gas station to put air and there was only 4% pressure and a hole between the treads. I put enough air to get me to a tire shop about 2 miles away and it was completely flat. I called Caliber and explained the situation to Corbin my advisor (who is always great and a pleasure to work with) He had the Manager Christy call me and without hesitation she spoke to the Manager of the tire shop and paid $278 for the replacement. The staff at the Clayton location were warm, welcoming, and very informative. Dealing with insurance proved to be difficult, but everyone at the Clayton location made sure things went smoothly. Highly recommend their services in every single aspect, we were so pleased!
