10/10 They left my car looking brand new like it just came out the dealer. They were very professional and patient with their customer service. They had originally gave me a two week estimate but only took a week for them to be done!!! 100% satisfied with this body shop highly recommend!!!

My husband was in a no fault accident. The insurance for the other party contacted us promptly. The personnel at Caliber were very courteous and professional. The price for the service was more cosmetic in nature. Their was some issues with the paint job, but nothing that was glaring and made us return the vehicle for follow up service. I don't know as this went through insurance I don't know if the price that was paid wasn't too high. However, the insurance company recommended Caliber so I would believe they are familiar with the prices and they don't find it to high. To be fair you desire your vehicle to be as good as when you purchased it, so they paint job or body and trim should look like it. In that regard I would have to say mission accomplished.

I had an absolutely awful experience with Caliber Collision in Clearfield. They had my car for two full weeks, and the entire time I was kept completely in the dark. I was told my vehicle was being repaired, only to find out that not a single repair was done — instead, they ripped the car apart, left it in pieces, and kept it without ever releasing it to me or updating me on the status. When I finally got the estimate, it was nearly double what they originally quoted — and when I brought the vehicle to another shop, I was told that many of the listed repairs were completely unnecessary. It felt like they were just trying to inflate the repair cost to the point that my car would be totaled. This place is very unprofessional. I dropped my car off Tuesday 8am with appt and by Friday no one even looked at my car I called to complain and when I get there to pick it up to take to another shop they took the bumper off and charged me 200$ this place is a waste of time and they don't value your time. I called Friday morning and they said the mechanic has been sick all week but somehow the bumper is off when I get there just so they can charge me.
