My auto insurance recommended this place when I was Tboned dashcam caught everything. (Definitely recommend if you don't have one) I had a great experience at Caliber Collison. The lady at the front desk greeted me with professionalism, patience & kindness. When my vehicle was ready she told me that I can leave the rental there & enterprise would pick it up. I like the smell of popcorn in the waiting area even though it was too early to be eating it lol. I met with Francisco. He diagnosed the damage & informed me that it would take about 2 weeks to repair. He followed up every few days via phone call & text regarding updates. Vehicle was actually ready in 12 days. My vehicle was being repairs for a front end collision. When I received my car I was dissatisfied with the gap on both sides of the hood area. I brought this to the manager (Brian) attention and he received it like he did not care about my concerns. I then had to take my vehicle home and contact my insurance company to file another claim. I'm still trying to get my vehicle properly repaired. I would not recommend this shop for your repairs. Please, research before using Clinton Md. Caliber on Old Branch Ave. location......

I had a great experience at Caliber Collision, Old Branch Avenue, Clinton, MD. I met with Brian, the General Manager, initially. He looked over my vehicle regarding replacing the hood vent. I was not sure what the repair involved. Brian handled it from start to finish and the repair did not take long. He also answered all of my questions regarding the type of vehicle I have. I was very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of everyone I encountered at this location. I will definitely return and suggest this location to anyone I know looking for an auto body shop.

This is one of the best locations. They’re genuine here. The staff is great & very accommodating. Katrina, who answers the phones is always polite and actually delivers messages to the appropriate staff. Brian was very helpful too, ensuring I had the best for the best price.
