Caliber Collision

Cannot recommend Caliber enough. Our first experience with them was Oct 2024 when we had JUST finished an extremely traumatic experience with another collision center in town. We were so nervous and apprehensive, but Caliber delivered on everything they promised. Not only do they perform high quality work, but they COMMUNICATE and have honesty as one of their core values. So this fall when we had another unfortunate incident, it was such a relief to have our insurance company send us to them. Once again, they were honest and clear from the beginning. They were clear on timelines and work done. You will be taken care of!

Nick was amazing 👏 He made sure I was always informed and went above an beyond to make sure my little blue Honda fit was thoroughly fixed and made beautiful again. This was by far the bets team I've seen. The office staff kept me informed consistently and treated me so well!!

Phenomenal service, they had my vehicle for 27 days and worked wonders. It is like no one ever hit my vehicle. They included a detail to the interior of my vehicle, it looked better than when I dropped it off. I cannot wait to recommend Caliber Collision to everyone with physical damage.

Caliber has had my vehicle for almost a month now and it does not look like it’ll be fixed any time soon…… Unfortunately for me, my SUV and one of the McDonalds rock got into a bit of a disagreement back in October causing the front bumper needing to be replaced. The soonest date they could get me schedule was mid January and they are the only USAA-authorized repair shop here in Clovis. Anyway, you’d think knowing months in advance that a vehicle needing a new bumper, a repair shop would make sure they had one on site before you drop off your vehicle. They chose not to do that. However, they also chose not to tell us until it’s time for my rental to run out. Caliber has had my vehicle just shy of 30 days, with a bumper apparently on back order, and now that I will no longer be covered for

I went to get my roof rails replaced after a car wash ripped them off in May of 2023. It’s over a year and 7 visits later, the vehicle is in worse condition than before the repair work. Impact/Caliber disassembled the SUV causing a multitude of bigger issues and broken parts on the reassembly. The roof rails were never truly fixed. Today, more than a year later I found the pictured issue below. Impact/Caliber was the only repair shop to ever perform work on this vehicle. I received statements in response to my discovery of issues such as, “that’s how they are made” or “we find this to be normal.” I estimated $10-15k worth of work initially, impact’s estimate was $2.4k. I now understand that was a lowball to get the insurance’s business. There were several supplemental payments thereafte
