They didn’t do a double check I guess to make sure everything was connected back. We asked for to redo the alignment we had just done weeks prior they didn’t. Headlights were flicking we asked that to be addressed along with it turned off on the way home from wreck scene nowhere on the invoice does it show those were done. USSA has them as a certified shop but I’ve never had this issue anywhere before. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I make my living off my rhd mail jeep so this will cost more time off from work. So who pays me for that time?
Process of getting my insured vehicle repaired was incredibly simple. I was also kept informed via text often and was able to leave my rental car with them when I picked up my vehicle.
If I could give these people more stars I would… Amazing job on my Razzie!!! I hit a deer at 70 mph I wasn’t hurt but my Razzie was😢 went into the shop got her back today she is absolutely beautiful. Thank you Arend for taking such good care of me and her and putting up with all my calls and questions. Caliber you are truly appreciated!!!!!
I have not considered Caliber Collision before, it was where my insurance company recommended me to take my truck for repairs. Great and fast service. In and out in a week. All fixed like new.
Great friendly service at caliber. My daughter had a car crash into her, caliber looked at the vehicle to see what was the best repair option & gave us a quote right away. They dealt with the insurance and rental companies making it simple to drop off and pick up. When we returned the rental vehicle my daughter left her parking pass 😬the staff was able to go outside and hold it for her saving the day. We will be back for any future work. 👍👍👍
