Caliber, and specifically the manager Kady; lied to me every step of the process, held my car x3 times longer than originally estimated with no apology, did unauthorized work, refused me access to my vehicle, improperly reinstalled parts, kady admitted on camera parts wernt installed correctly then heavily insinuated if they repaired these parts they would likely cause further damage to my vehicle, then followed me to my car in the parking lot after realizing i got her saying that on video, attempted to super glue my car back together instead of doing proper repairs, did enough damage Insurance covered me taking my vehicle to a new shop solely to repair new issues caused by Caliber. Also according to reviews on Better Business Bureau lots of customers have very similar experience to mine.

Been a long time since we had to file an insurance claim and have a vehicle repaired (someone hit us in a parking lot) but Caliber made it about as stessless as possible. Immediately reached out to schedule and from there it was easy. Kept me up to date via text updates and completed job before expected date. Everyone was friendly and professional. Shoutout to the USAA rep for recommending them!

There are so many auto body shops to choose from in CoMo, but we were referred to Caliber Collision by our auto mechanic shop. So glad we were! Damage was minor enough they were able repair parts, even reattached our damaged license plate which was not part of the original issue😉 BUT, the amazing thing? Didn’t even charge us for getting us back on the road! So nice to find a shop with integrity and skill….thank you!

My car was hit in a minor traffic accident and I had no clue what to do. Insurance recommended Calliber Collision -- and for good reason! The team clearly prides themselves on their work. They explained the process thoroughly and provided updates often. Upon pickup, service worker Mike noticed a small detail I would've never looked for before and promptly took care of fixing the issue. They even buffed the scratches on my car as an extra. I appreciate all their help, and would recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

The people in this shop were great to work with. Professional, informative. My car looks great again. They answer any questions or concerns. Highly recommend.
