Julia at Caliber Collision in Columbia, TN was awesome. She was very thorough, helpful, and understanding during a stressful situation after an accident. She always took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process feel way less overwhelming. On top of that, she was genuinely pleasant and easy to talk to. Really appreciate her help and would definitely recommend working with her.

This place is great! The staff is great! Appreciation toward Bobby and Keo! Here's my reasons for the review- A.) In July 2025, a week before our wedding, my husband's sudan was rear-ended by a a pick-up truck that had improperly attached the 18ft trailer's break line. His family INSTANTLY recommended THIS LOCATION. Even though insurance was struggling to make things easy, as always, it DID NOT STOP CALIBER. They found a totaled car or the same make and model that had no damage to the rear and used those parts, only because his car's parts can't be purchased anymore. We never saw a bill. B.) In February of 2026 my vehicle ended up with a surface level dent on the rear license plate panel/gate. The dent was large, caused the paint to slit, and dent my license plate so I needed to get it f

If having to deal with State Farm insurance, this is the place to go. I had to have repairs done to my car through someone else’s insurance who was at fault and caliber collision made the process so easy. Julia kept me informed the entire process and my car was done earlier than the expected time. They did good on the repairs.

Great experience, excellent communication, delivered early on timeline and my car was so clean at pickup! Hoping to never have another auto body issue (haha!) but if we ever did we would definitely be back!

I hit a deer at the beginning of November. They had my vehicle from November 5th til January 11th. 99% of the communication about my vehicle was that the part dealers were continually sending in the wrong parts. Understandable, but aggravating. The day I finally get to pick up my vehicle I’m asked to wait while they finishing “cleaning my car”. Not sure what their version of cleaning is but I have dead wasps in the car, grass everywhere, dust all over the dash and seats. Most it got was maybe a hose down and the steering wheel wiped down. When I get in I notice the windshield wiper fluid light is still on. It came on after I hit the deer. Assuming a pinched sensor wire.
