This is the place to go if you need damages repaired on your car. The professionalism and ongoing communications during the servicing time were outstanding. Heath "worked my car in" due to me already arranging for a rental and planning to travel out of town within a few weeks. Even after all of that, my car was ready 3 days before the final estimated time it would be complete. Overall, the staff I interacted with were courteous and professional. Great experience!

After my car was damaged by another driver, I took it to Caliber Collision on N. Hamilton in New Albany. I cannot recommend their service and repair work highly enough. All the way through the process, I was kept informed on my vehicles status and the repairs were top-notch. This is the place to go if you need collision repairs. Heath was the best!

I had a front end repair from an accident and they made sure my vehicle was repaired the way I wanted it, not just the less expensive. The Service Advisor was awesome, even when things were chaotic!! I hope I don’t need to go there again but I know i will be taken care of as efficient as possible.

CJ is the all star here. Kept me in the loop and was always quick and respectable. Small shoutout to Mr Heath for relaying my concerns to CJ in a professional and timely manner. If you’re in the NE part of town and need repairs Caliber/CJ is the pace to be.
