I worked with a gentleman named Michael Cooper. He was very professional and informative with every step with pictures and phone calls. The work was done 3 days early and looks as good as the day I drove it off the lot. Very happy with choosing Caliber Collision and would recommend them in a minute. Thanks guys

Caliber is a good definition for their work and staff. They work hard to give you the HIGHEST caliber throughout the whole process. I had a few small glitches, but those were caused more by the constraints of my insurance and not by Caliber Collision. Good work.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of service from Caliber Collision in Culpeper. My wife’s 4Runner had a wheel that suffered a heavy impact, leaving it scratched down to the bare metal. Rather than replace the wheel with a proper OEM part—or even refinish it to match—they quoted a price higher than the cost of a brand-new OEM wheel. The original wheel had a factory matte powder coat finish. Instead of matching that, they opted to spray paint it with a semi-gloss black that doesn’t come close to the original finish. The paint job is subpar, with visible paint runs and an inconsistent sheen. They also returned the car with a chipped center cap. They claimed the wheel and tire were rebalanced, but the weights are clearly painted over and haven’t moved—highly questionable whether any b

Caliber Collision once again did a phenomenal job working on my 2005 GMC Sierra 1500. Made it look brand new again, I highly recommend this business for all your bodywork/paint needs. I can assure you your vehicle will leave looking like it just came from the factory with the level of professional work Caliber puts in too making your vehicle repairs complete and restoring you too your rhythm of life! I also highly recommend talking with Mike Cooper about any needs, wants, or concerns you may have as he is a very professional, communicative, and awesome employee. The whole team at caliber were wonderful to work with. Everyone there is kind and courteous and go out of their way to help. My vehicle was there for an extended period of time due to a manufacturer backorder on a part. Dan went above and beyond to do everything he could to get my car back as fast as possible.
