I appreciate how Deborah and Fernando kept me informed and assisted me in getting my vehicle back. It was a long wait on a back order part. Thanks Honda for taking your time on that and actually coming through despite the many issues. Patience paid off and the tech or team of techs that worked on it did a great job of putting it back together as if nothing happened. They also fixed a few things that weren't part of the initial accident. I am sincerely grateful for everything they did.

Took my son's 2023 Honda Civic here on a recommendation from my auto insurance, Progressive, that was my first mistake. Maro went around the car marking all repairs that needed to be done due to the accident my son was in. Green for fix Red for don't fix. Took about 10 days. When we returned to pick up car, there was still damage on the front bumper. It was marked in green marker. Maro claimed he didn't do it and started drilling my son about the accident. I told him to repair what was STILL marked with green marker and Maro responded with, I'll call your insurance company and ask them if they'll approve it. Update: I appreciate your quick response but I called the Deland, FL location on Friday and left my name and number to call me back. The person who answered said the manager was in a conference call and would call me back. They did no such thing. Below is a video from the technician. The horn was not bolted down at all. I am more than disappointed with my repair from this shop. I got my car repaired about a year ago. My car had a little bit of knocking but I figured it was normal after the repair. Unfortunately the noise got worse and worse. Very disappointed with the outcome of my vehicle! They damaged the paint by covering the vehicle with plastic ( apparently the vehicle was hot) the plastic had a reaction to several areas on the paint. Very disappointed and don’t recommend this facility! They will not call me back and apparently have no intentions to make it right ?? Quite frankly, my truck is in worse condition than before I took it in,Extremely frustrating.
