Mission Viejo Caliber Collision have a pleasant team and a superbly customer centric Manager . Job was done well on my Range Rover 2018. They are conveniently walking distance from Enterprise Car Rental - For replacement vehicle arrangement . Just be clear on where the car is being repaired - Mission Viejo or Costa Mesa. They’re clearly so successful they move car types between locations . Ultimately it’s a great experience .

My car was hit and my insurance had Caliber as a company they work with, so I made an appointment. Office is absolutely lovey as well as the customer service. Everything went very smoothly and they kept in contact w me throughout the process. My car looks brand new again, I am very impressed.

Such a great experience! Good level of communication and or availability when I call. Servicing is professional and pretty quick. I’ve come here twice now and can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Update 1/2/2025: Caliber contacted me about the splatter. They had me bring my car in to get it cleaned off. I dropped it off, they called me when it was “finished”, I went up to pick it up only to see that the splatter was not removed completely. She told me they couldn’t determine what it was. They took it back to try again. Tiffany called me up to say it was ready. When I got there she explained they couldn’t get it off completely and they would replace my door panels. Great! But that’s not the only thing that was splattered. Took a while for them to call me, to the point I was about to give up thinking they probably forgot about it again. Got a call from Tiffany that the panels came in and took it by to get them installed. The panels are fine. I appreciate them doing that. Only proble
