Caliber Collision

Trunk floor mat was so dirty ( full of white powder…from paint, with 2 holes (looks like it’s due to the putting back of the license plate. I didn’t check the trunk when I picked up the car. I trusted too much. But the front floor mat was full of dirt.

We were very satisfied with the quality and customer service at Caliber Collision. The repairs were taken care of very quickly and effectively. Also, the staff was very knowledgeable and had great communication with us about the status of the repairs.

This is the second time dealing with Caliber Collision on 6250 Modesta. First time they gave me an estimate on my truck. It was a smaller scratch but I wanted it repaired and I was going to pay on my own. The estimate person came out and said I needed to claim it in insurance because it was going to be a major repair when in fact it was a small dent near a wheel well probably 1”x5” with Clear coat missing but no paint missing. He stated they don’t do small repairs and they would in fact need to take the bed off to do the repair and the repair would be around $7,000 or so. Said no thank you. Went recently to ask about a scratch on my wife’s car. When the question came up about insurance I asked if it made a difference in the price. Once this came up, I now had to schedule my appointment. Yo

Laura and the rest of the team at Caliber clearly communicated on timelines for vehicle repairs and assisted in working with my schedule. They show pride in their work. Highly recommend.

Caliber Collision was so very kind during the repair process, got my car fixed ahead of schedule and was so easy to work with! I would definitely use them again if the need arose!!
