I had a wonderful experience with Caliber Collision! They fixed my car up after a small accident and everything looks great! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, they were also very responsive and it was super easy to get in touch with someone to check in on repairs, they also provided updates throughout the repair and I never had any anxiety about anything. The shop had a small-business/family kind of feeling, everyone was welcoming and took the time to speak with me and explain the entire process and what they could do to help. I recently had a dent in my door repaired at Caliber Collision and couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The quality of the work was outstanding—you would never know there had been damage. On top of that, they went above and beyond by cleaning both the interior and exterior of my vehicle, which was a very nice touch. The team kept me informed throughout the entire process and communicated clearly anytime something changed. Their professionalism and genuine care for my vehicle really stood out, and it gave me a lot of confidence in their work. Was in a fender bender and chose this location out of the options provided by my insurance company. If I am ever unlucky again I would choose this location even if it isn't covered. The staff in the office was extremely kind, making me feel at ease from the introduction at drop off, and going above and beyond calling the rental car company when they were late to pick me up. They were responsive to any questions along the way and clear in the communication of what to expect. The work performed was great and you can't even tell I was in an accident and had repairs completed. Couldn't be happier with my experience here!
