Caliber Collision

I cannot say enough great things about them. I had an accident 1.5 hr from my home and my car was towed here. They fixed everything, kept me up to date on all repairs, and went the extra mile with emptying my cooler that had been filled with food and sat there! Yuck! Jennifer and Sandy get a special shout out for being so great. They also helped me with my rental car. The cost was super fair and the turn around was quick. I am so grateful!

I took my SUV to caliber on a recommendation from my insurance company after I was hit. I had never used them before but the staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. The work was done and last time than I was quoted and they did a phenomenal job. They fixed my front and so well I can't even tell I was in an accident. That wasn't even the best part. When I got into my car I realized they had cleaned it. I got out and checked the back seat which is usually a mess due to my three kids, and it was spotless. Not only was this surprising but it made my day. This was definitely above and beyond. Everyone working in this office were fantastic! Tim, Meadow, Sandra, etc. It has a "family owned and operated" feel. Starting with the communication, to the repair and then being able to pick up my vehicle on a Saturday when they were supposed to be closed. I would highly recommend the Elmhurst-Caliber Collision.

Tim and his crew did a great job on my Trailblazer SS. Had my rental ready when I arrived, kept me informed on my truck status. Took care of all my insurance questions. This would be my second time getting work done with them. I’ve been sending all my friends that ask for a great body shop. I send them straight to Tim. As long as Tim and his crew are there working that the shop my truck goes to. Thank you guys for doing a great job on my truck

Amazing experience with both communication from drop off through parts, costing, and timeline. Car ended up being ready 4 days early and was updated in the communication through text on the daily. Will go to for any other car body repairs, hopefully not needed, that arise in the future.
