Caliber Collision

I recently had my brand new car worked on at the caliber florissant location. The estimator Lauren that I worked with was super kind and understanding for my needs and went above and beyond what she need to. As well for the up front desk ladys where sweet and kind and absolutely wonderful to work with to get my car in to be worked on in a timely manner. When I was dropping it off I had the privilege of talking to the manager he was very assuring. Helped me make the process go much easier. The paint work looks great and flawless. They made brand new car look brand new again. I would most definitely return to have work done by them again.

Outstanding customer service! They made everything easy for me to understand from the estimate and throughout the repair. Also appreciate how they made it so easy to get rental pickup/dropoff. I highly recommend Caliber collision for auto repairs. I needed to have my mirror replaced on the passenger side of my car. George took care of me. He was very kind to this old lady and ordered the new mirror and had it installed within a very short period of time. Everyone at Caliber was so kind and helpful. I appreciated their professionalism.
