Caliber Collision

I got rear ended a few weeks ago on my birthday and was devastated by the damage. Tony at this location was FANTASTIC at getting my car done in a timely manner and even got it done sooner than planned. My car looks better than it did before the damage. I highly recommend this spot for all your collision needs.

Had a very bizarre experience with the folks at Caliber on 300 Auto Plaza Drive. Our vehicle was damaged in a hit and run, and due to previous great experience with Caliber, they were at the top of my list to call. We walked in and explained our situation and were greeted with a rude "do you have an appointment?" when there was no one in the lobby whatsoever. We had a very pleasant and professional evaluation of the vehicle with a gentlemen who explained that he would work up an estimate. Since our car was still drivable he told us to take our vehicle with us and he would call when the estimate was done. We waited a week, no call, two weeks no call. Our vehicle sustained serious damage from a rear end collision during the rush hour commute. Working through our insurance company we selected Caliber Collision Folsom Lake to handle the extensive repairs. From the first contact through the completion of the repair process, everyone we interacted with was professional and supportive. Our service provider Martin Howard provided regular updates through the 20 day repair period. He was also available any time we called with questions. They were able to complete the repairs slightly ahead of their original estimate to completion, and were flexible on our pick-up time. I had excellent customer service at this Caliber Collision. Staff were great at communicating the time frame in which my vehicle would be in the shop. My repair was done sooner than expected and my car was spotless at pickup! Thank you guys for the great work!!!
