Caliber Collision

After having an E Bike crash into the side of our 2024 Denali Ultimate, we asked our insurance company for a recommendation. They suggested Caliber Collision and all I have to say what a Great Choice. The part took a bit longer to receive, but once in house, 3 days start to finish. Our Service Advisor kept us informed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for all your bodywork needs.

I have to say my experience with Caliber's Fontana location on Cherry was SUPERB! The manager Jesus took charge of repairing my car completely to my satisfaction (fixing an error created by another Caliber Collision location in Hawaiian Gardens) The experience between the two locations were dramatically different, like night and day! Jesus was empathetic to the situation and completely turned it around. He communicated frequently with me always providing status updates. I felt very much at ease and confident that he would do a great job, and that he did! He definitely went the extra mile, providing excellent service in general and out of the ordinary customer service overall.
