Caliber Collision

About 6 months ago my car had extensive hail damage. I took it to Caliber-Roseville MN. They did an amazing job repairing it. Some months later I noticed a small discoloration on the front wheel surround. Because I was very close to the Forest Lake location-I stopped into that shop. They were able to get me in within minutes! They explained exactly what had happened & apologized & explained how they would fix it. They melted the remaining ice & snow off the car. Within minutes they brought me back to see if I was happy with the work they had done (I was!). Erin was the employee that took care of everything. They were kind-accommodating-knowledgeable-great communication. I left grateful & with a big smile on my face. Thank you to the great people!

I hit a deer coming home from babysitting my grandson. We were told to bring car here by our insurance company. At first that didn’t sit good with me, I thought we would be able to choose, we had never been here before. From the first communication with Caliber Collision to the day we picked up our car, everything was great. Great customer service, great work on our car, communication was awesome, everything went great!!

Definitely would be going back here for any type of work needed on my car. Very friendly and very informative while your vehicle is being repaired.
