Great quality repair work - restored my car to fresh factory condition. They also did a great job of communicating with my insurance, very seamless process on my end. Repairs were pricy (reasonable given the quality of repair), so proper insurance is highly recommended if you come here. My 2 week completion estimate became more like 3.5 due to waiting for parts, but they did communicate updates pretty consistently. My only note is to try to make sure you make your appointment with someone from the specific shop, not the corporate call center - seems like they're not fully on the same page.

I recently had my 2025 Toyota Crown Signia repaired at Caliber Collision after a deer collision. At the beginning of the process, the communication was a bit rocky and that made me nervous since my vehicle is brand new and has a complicated pearlescent paint color that I was very concerned about matching. However, the General Manager, Nick, really stepped in and made a difference. He took the time to address my concerns and made sure everything was handled properly. I’m very particular about my vehicle, and he helped turn what started as a red flag into a much smoother experience. Casey Goodman, Ryan Starr, Mr. Reyes and the receptionist all went out of their way to make sure my experience at Caliber Collision was a good one. They were all knowledgeable, professional, courteous, informative and friendly. Casey did an amazing job repairing my truck damage and I could not be more satisfied. Went in for an estimate and get some minor work done right before Christmas. Didn’t look busy. Some guy in the back chimed in when I told him I wanted work done he said it’s 400 dollars in rivots alone. I personally didn’t care about the cost but after that it took them awhile to take pictures of the car. Definitely didn’t feel like they wanted to do work on the car or they even cared.

Had to get repairs done here through my insurance but the team did a truly amazing job of getting my car back to the quality that I had it before and even better. Amazing people at this location and Nick was great at quality checking everything making sure it was good to go. Highly recommend this location and team to anyone needing repair services.
