Picked my jeep up yesterday thought it looks pretty good untill I got it home and noticed the door in the sun has a Wave in it. See the video. And the wheel housing is missing the liner. I mean how do you completely miss parts? Especially since you had it for 3 weeks! I gave them an opportunity since they did decent work before but never again. Take it across the the street to Cannon! Update. Front wheel flare was never secured! The wind noise from the door is soo bad which was never there until after their so called repairs. I can! Honestly say NOT ONE THING WAS COMPLETED on this repair. Stay away!!!!

At first, I was skeptical, but they truly won me over. From the moment the insurance submitted the inquiry, I was met with professionalism—very thorough and detailed. They kept me informed every step of the way about the progress of my vehicle. They went above and beyond by finishing my vehicle 7 days earlier than expected. Honestly, they deserve 10 stars instead of just five. The front desk clerk and the manager are truly outstanding and make the experience even better.

Gave truthful completion date, may take 6 weeks. They finished in 4 weeks. Such a back and forth process requiring submissions and approvals from insurance, more disassembly, more findings, submissions and approvals. They kept me updated continually via phone and text. No one wants to be without a vehicle for any length of time, especially a business service vehicle, but they did a great job.

They put a cheap after market tail gate. on my jeep. After about a month it started cracking and bending. On top of that they put my bent damaged tire rack back on my cheap tail gate. After 2 or 3 attempts to get them to resolve the issue they just ignored my request and never called me back. I will never use them again nor recommend them.

Absolutely horrible experience. This shop is unreliable, disorganized, and dishonest. They claimed my bumper was replaced when it was not. I later had to bring my car back a second time to correct damage they caused to parts that were not damaged prior and to finally replace the bumper they said had already been replaced. Even after the second visit, ( months later) I left with loose clips and a poor parts fit. I was told these issues would be corrected, but they never followed through. Communication was almost nonexistent throughout the entire process. I was repeatedly told I would receive proper paperwork detailing the repairs and that someone would reach back out—neither ever happened. The work was sloppy, accountability was nonexistent, and this experience wasted my time and caused
