I had an excellent experience working with Moe Tinoco, the service advisor who handled my vehicle repair at Caliber Collision. Moe went above and beyond to make sure my car was restored to its original condition, paying great attention to detail every step of the way. He kept me informed throughout the process with regular email updates and delivered the car in under a week — even with the Presidents’ Day holiday in between. When I picked up my car, it was spotless inside and out, which really showed the extra care he and the team put into their work. I’m extremely satisfied with the results and truly appreciate his professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. Highly recommend working with Moe if you want your vehicle in good hands.

Had a fender bender and my insurance sent me here. Worked with Moe and he was so great and totally took care of me and my car and kept me posted every step along the way. •Their estimates are high. In my case, for what was a relatively minor repair—a rear bumper—the initial estimate was over $6,000. The insurance company ultimately paid $4,000, and on top of that I had to pay an additional out-of-pocket charge in order to get an OEM bumper instead of an aftermarket one. • They are not very accurate when it comes to matching the paint color to the vehicle’s original finish. The only positive thing to highlight: the punctuality is exceptional; they finished the job in 5 days.

Luis was extremely generous with his time. He buffed out a large paint scratch on my truck free of charge. Love this place!
