I want to say how blown away I was with the quality of service. Michael was amazing. He was caring and reassuring. He was professional at the same time down to earth. He made me feel like my car was in good hands. He gave me a date and time for the repairs to be done. He didn't disappoint. He went above and beyond. He truly is a nice guy. There is also another employee Anthony. He made the pick up and drop off easy. He cared about my situation when I explained what occurred. Very humble guy. He too went above and beyond. Michael has a great team. I highly recommend Caliber Collison in Glendora off Lone Hill.

This shop has help our family with our vehicles a few times. One of them replacing a catalytic convertor during the holiday season right before Thanksgiving break. We got our vehicle from Caliber super fast. Staff is always willing to answer any questions we might have . The work is done right and I appreciate their help.

I took my 2008 Toyota Sequoia in for an insurance claim. I scratched the rear fender like a rookie. LUPE was my service advisor. She did a phenomenal job. Super professional, and very nice. All of the staff was very friendly! They did a fantastic job! Thank you again!

The repair to my vehicle was flawless. Among other issues, the car my car tangled with left a streak of black plastic fused to my passenger door from the drivers side view mirror just barely rubbing under my passenger side view mirror, but with the force of two moving cars. I was told they repaired it by taking it down to bare metal and building it back up again. Whatever they did, they did it right. There is no evidence that it even happened.

I had damaged both of my bumpers in a crash, and was dreading the process of getting everything fixed. But thankfully the team at Caliber Glendora brought their A-game and made it all a breeze! Suzie at the front desk checked me in and checked me out, and was super friendly with any updates! Lupe was my service advisor and did an excellent job accommodating a few aftermarket parts I had on the car, which I was expecting to be a problem. But no, they got everything squared away with no problem and lots of open communication! When I got the vehicle returned, Michael (the manager) made sure l was satisfied with the repairs before I left the lot and was emphasized that everyone is there to help. 10/10 experience, would definitely crash again.
